Very dirty, half the washing machines are out of order.
Many times there are multiple machines out of order. Today, in 90 degree weather, the A/C was off or not working. This used to be a fairly nice place but it's not kept up like it used to be. I don't have any choice though, because it appears to be the only one in town.
I’ve been using laundromats since 1968 all across the USA. Don’t go to this one if you can help it.
Washing machine took my money, didn't work. No sign indicating out of order or what to do or who to contact. No one there.
This was by far the most user unfriendly laundromat I have ever been in! Several washers were out of service. 2 dryers were marked out of order,3 were non functional, not marked, no maintenance was evident, the folding table unstable and no signage or phone number for emergencies.
The bathroom for customers was flooded and in obvious need of repair and cleaning.
A total of 3 washers were working and too many people waiting to wash clothes. I put my money in a machine that said it worked only to find out it did not. I will not come back here there is a better laundry mat down the road. Fix your machines and maybe people will wash here.
