This place is absolutely HORRIBLE!!!! The so called "manager" is absolutely worthless. She is rarely on site or maybe it's just that she is hiding out in her camper. When you finally reach someone to voice concerns or issues (and if you stay here you WILL have issues/concerns) it is a waste of your time. She will act interested, but as soon as you leave it's back to whatever you had to pry her away from when you finally got her attention. Nothing ever gets fixed. It MIGHT get rigged enough to get you to shut up but definitely not fixed. The water is nasty and smells like rotten eggs, even though the water at restaurants and other places nearby does not. The water will ruin your appliances and leave stains on everything. It is situated along a major highway, next to a railroad track that runs all day/night and just down the road from a paper mill. Most people that stay here are contract workers at the mill. There are a number of places nearby for these contract workers or anyone else looking for a place to stay while visiting the areas lakes/rivers and these other places are well worth the extra 5-15 minute drive. I travel all the time and usually can overlook "little things". The problem with this place is there are NO little things to overlook. It is trashy not necessarily the grass (the owner runs a landscape company) but there are several run down and wore out campers on site. This place doesn't even earn 1 star, unfortunately you have to at least give 1 star to leave a review!

Horrible place...no maintenance what so ever.... they will not give me back my deposit ....no reason at all for it... do not even waste your time with this place...the manager there is on drugs or something
