My experience at Auto Exchange was not pleasant. First the owner Chuck was not trying to give me a chance at all. I brought my proof of income, down payment, driver license, and my Cosigner ( like he asked). I had a repo from last year, it made my credit score low, but that why i had my Cosigner. So Chuck said he can't do nothing for me at da time, while i'm leaving out his office he stop my Cosigner. Chuck told my Cosigner(MY MOM) he didnt do it cause he don't won't my Cosigner to mess up her credit, My Mom people. How he gone tell her not to HELP HER DAUGHTER!!! I felt disrespected, and felt very discrimnated against. But thank GOD for Gentry Chevrolet, they are going to HELP!! NEVER WILL I REFER ANYONE TO GO TO AUTO EXCHANGE!!
