I have purchased 2 cars from them in the last few years. Both of the salespeople I dealt with were very helpful. They were not pushy at all. They showed me what I was interested in and worked with me to get the payments where I needed them to be.
Took a vehicle in for recall work, mechanic supposedly inspected the front end suspension and told the girl upfront it needed a whole new front end for only ($2900). There wasn't anything wrong with it - took it to two other sources and no problems found. Was better when Jonathan worked the front. Also have heard other bad stories about em from several other friends.
Have not purchased yet, but have had several conversations with Amber. Would highly recommend contacting her. VERY helpful and willing to answer any of your questions or concerns. Only reason have not purchased is have not made up my mind on which vehicle. Very satisfied with the dealership thus far.
I recently purchased a Pre-Owned vehicle from here. When I originally went for a test drive I discovered it had a minor problem in the seat adjustments and the seat would not raise up. I was promised it would be taken care of. My saleswoman, Amber Davis, made sure to call me herself and let me know the part was in and got me an appointment. When I came in for it to be fixed I was put in a Beautiful rental. I was overall very satisfied with my services and highly recommend Amber, she made sure to give plenty of information about the vehicle and answered all of my questions. I never felt pressured into a buy, which was the best part!
